Assist participants with daily living activities, community access, personal care and transport. Certificate III in Individual Support preferred but not essential — we provide training.
Deliver clinical care including medication management, wound care and health assessments. AHPRA registration required. Experience in community or disability nursing preferred.
Help participants navigate the NDIS, connect with providers and maximise their plan funding. Strong communication and organisational skills essential.
