About Destiny Community Services

Person-centred care built on over 40 years of nursing expertise, empowering lives across three states.

Our Story

Destiny Community Services was founded with a simple belief: every person deserves quality support that empowers them to live life on their own terms.

With over 40 years of nursing expertise, our directors Sally Wangari and Sam Odoge built Destiny to provide the kind of care they would want for their own families. Starting in Adelaide, we have grown to support NDIS participants across South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.

Today, we support hundreds of participants across three states, delivering everything from clinical nursing and personal care to community access and supported independent living.
