Over 40 years of nursing expertise, empowering lives across South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.
Destiny Community Services was founded with a simple belief: every person deserves quality support that empowers them to live life on their own terms.
With over 40 years of nursing expertise, our founding team built Destiny to provide the kind of care they would want for their own families. Starting in Adelaide, we have grown to support NDIS participants across South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.
Today, we support hundreds of participants across three states, delivering everything from clinical nursing and personal care to community access and supported independent living.
Every support plan starts with you. Your goals, your preferences, your choices drive everything we do.
Over 40 years of nursing experience ensures safe, professional, evidence-based care for every participant.
We celebrate diversity and provide culturally appropriate support that respects every background.
We build capacity and independence, helping you develop skills and confidence to live on your terms.
Everyone belongs. We support people of all backgrounds, abilities, gender identities and orientations.
Honest, transparent and accountable in everything we do. We do what we say we will.
