Is support coordination included in my NDIS plan?

Support coordination must be specifically funded in your NDIS plan under Capacity Building. If you do not currently have it, you can request it at your next plan review.

What is the difference between support coordination and plan management?

Support coordination helps you find and connect with providers and use your plan effectively. Plan management handles the financial side — paying invoices and tracking budgets. They are separate NDIS supports.
